　　Of late, more and more developing countries are joining the wave of tourism development. I tend to think that they do so based on their fragile state of the economy, and to both the local population and the government, it is a favorable decision.

Besides, tourism is hugely rewarding 回报巨大. Without much investment, it can be a starting point for local economic take-off 经济起飞, as a constant flow of tourists can contribute to the destination countries with payment on recreation equipment and other daily expenses here.

However, I believe that expanding tourism is more likely to be positive. Apart from the revenue, the positive impact can be strongly felt in terms of employment for locals. Scenic spots, transport, hotels, and restaurants all generate jobs where they are needed the most, which can improve the quality of life for people in this area. From a larger scale, with international connections promoted, these developing countries can leverage 利用 them to bridge more business collaborations with others in the long run, thus accelerating their development to catch up with other advanced countries.
