　　解题技巧：

　　开头句(表明立场)

　　支持段：

　　①对公共环境/他人的影响。②起到以儆效尤的作用。③是否触犯规则。

　　结尾句(再次点题)/省掉结尾句

　　题目：In some trains now where passengers are not allowed to speak loudly and use cell phones, laptops or other mobile devices that produce sound. Do you think this is a good idea? Explain why or why not.
