　　I work with many young, energetic and good-looking teachers who have plenty of charisma, and the students are charmed. Sadly, their teaching effectiveness is not as impressive as their popularity. I also work with some teachers who are popular with their students for their effectual teaching. Working with them, I understand and quite concur with the idea that it is not easy to jugglepopularity and teaching effectiveness.

　　From the case above, it is fair to believe that a teacher can be popular even though the teacher may be not-so-competent in doing their jobs properly.
